We reserve the right to withdraw or amend, even dramatically, this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. Also, we will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. As said, this is a beta version and rolling new features might impact the reliability of the Website. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to users, including registered users. However, that said, we’ll do our best to make sure the Website is up and running and without errors. If you experience a site outage or application errors, please contact right away at email@example.com

The only account activity we monitor is the account holder’s number of users (“Appraisers”) and number of appraisals (“Appraisals”). You may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information in customer support scenarios.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including, if in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service.
