The following terms and conditions (together with any documents referred to in them) (collectively, these "Terms of Service") apply to your use of Appraisal Flow, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through AppraisalFlow.com (the "Website") or the Company.

Appraisal Flow is a work in progress and we reserve the right update these Terms of Service from time to time in our sole discretion and without notice. Since this document is public on AppraisalFlow.com, you will be able to track all changes between versions. Your continued use of the Website following the publishing of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes.
Appraisal Flow is in private beta version, meaning you can only access with a login account that we provide you, and meaning that a lot will change in the near future. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend, even dramatically, this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. Also, we will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. As said, this is a beta version and rolling new features might impact the reliability of the Website. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to users, including registered users. However, that said, we’ll do our best to make sure the Website is up and running and without errors. To access the Website you are provided with a secure user name, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures. You must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. You agree to immediately notify Company of any unauthorized use of your user name or password or any other breach of security. You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You should use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information. Appraisal Flow will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
Appraisal Flow has limited access to the information saved in your account profile and can view your name, company name, email address and billing address. The only account activity we monitor is the account holder’s number of users (“Appraisers”) and number of appraisals (“Appraisals”). You may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information in customer support scenarios.
We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including, if in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service.
Appraisal Flow is in private beta version and is a work in progress. Currently, there is no charge to beta users for use of their account. In the future, Appraisal Flow reserves the right to charge users for continued use of their account or for use of a new account. However, we will not charge beta users for previous usage of their account once we begin offering Appraisal Flow for purchase to the public.
You are allowed to publicly talk and write about Appraisal Flow and the Website, albeit acknowledging that the service and the Website are in beta and everything is subject to change. For this reason, we kindly ask you to restrain of publishing full reviews, public tests, screenshots or anything else that might unfaithfully represent Appraisal Flow. We trust your judgment and discretion in helping us develop and spread Appraisal Flow to the world!
The Website and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof), are owned by the Company, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We do recommend users download bank up their data on a regular basis using the export option under settings.
Your use of Appraisal Flow is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. In particular, you acknowledge that technical support is only provided in only available via email, in English; that we use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Website; that the technical processing and transmission of the service, including User Content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

We provide this Website for use by persons located in the United States and outside of the United States. We make no claims that the Website or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to the Website may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Website from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to, them, their subject matter or their formation (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
